State Highway Patrol Trooper Andrew Stocks, a military veteran who died in a car wreck in September, was buried Monday in Arlington National Cemetery.
Stocks was on his way to help those involved in a car accident near Wake Technical Community College on Sept. 9 when his car slid into the path of a garbage truck. He died in an ambulance as emergency workers rushed him to the hospital.
