RALEIGH - A Cary man was arrested after investigators found several images on a disk he owned depicting underage males and females in various stages of undress and engaging in sexual acts. In at least one case, the photos showed an adult male engaging in a sexual act with a child, the arrest warrant said.

Robert Thomas Jones Jr., 48, of 526 Grande Heights Drive in Cary was charged with 10 counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor. The warrant did not identify the man shown in the image.

Jones was being held Monday night in lieu of $150,000 bail at the Wake County jail.
