Raleigh police officials are looking for Donald Richard Brogsdale, 23, who was last seen at 3501 Huntleigh Drive in Raleigh. According to the alert, Brogsdale left the residence on foot, but it is unknown where he was headed.

A Silver Alert is issued for anyone missing who is older than 18 and who has dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Brogsdale is a black male, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds, with a mustache and a goatee.

He has close-cropped short black hair, brown eyes, and a scar on the right side of his abdomen. He was last seen wearing a black ball cap with "NY" on the front and a camouflage jacket, a blue-and-white-striped long-sleeved dress shirt, jeans and black high-top Nike shoes with a white Nike emblem.
