At the other mall this weekend, feel free to buy a vowel.

Crabtree Valley Mall will host the Wheel of Fortune crew (sans Pat Sajak or Vanna White). The sultans of spin will be on hand to vet the vowel buying talent of Triangle contestants.

Organizers -- who are tooling around the country in the "Wheelmobile," a 32-foot Winnebago -- will stage three shows on Saturday and Sunday to look for candidates.

Times are at 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Potential contestants should arrive an hour ahead of time to fill out an application.
