A"Getting to Know You" party is planned for Wakefield High School students, parents and faculty from 7 to 11 p.m. Sept. 24.Come out for an evening of music, food and fun. Entertainment will be provided by The Flabbergasters.Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults. All proceeds will be used to help with producing the school's newsletter and other items.In conjunction with the party, students will participate in a "Rockin' Round the Clock" event to raise money for the PTSA. Students will take pledges for rocking in rocking chairs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.The school is at 2200 Wakefield Pines Drive.
