In his Nov. 1 column “ Voters have good choices,” John Drescher mentioned the $100 million spent by the Kay Hagan and Thom Tillis campaigns.
I mentioned this to my nephew who heads up a charity serving children and the elderly in Nicaragua who live in dire poverty. That amount of money could build 200 schools, 100,000 homes or buy textbooks for the entire country!
I am tired and disgusted by the whole mess.
