Since I almost always read Dwane Powell's cartoons, I can usually make some sense out of them. But I will admit that the one you published May 11 took me some time to make any sense of.I guess that since it was a political cartoon, your editors didn't think it made sense to proofread it. Maybe they should in the future, as that makes sense to me. That's just my two cents on the subject.Mark HatcherRaleighEditor's note: Powell's May 11 cartoon about state government e-mail policies contained a misused word. The caption should have read, "No sense keeping these lunch invites -- oh, oops ... there went three years of policy memos ..."
