Don't use the mail

The plan of sending people their real driver's licenses in the mail is going to be a disaster.

I have no idea why we cannot still go to the DMV with all our correct paperwork, take the tests, then go home with our licenses. If we cannot do this, then simply ask residents to come back to the same DMV office two weeks later to pick up their licenses, thus verifying again who the person is by looking at the photo on the license.

Exactly where do you think identity theft starts? With me, it started at my mailbox. I found it usually does start there. Can you imagine the problems this new DMV system can cause?

Lock up your mailboxes. I had to, and it took me four years to get my life back.
