In the Oct. 6 paper you covered one "protest" held by a handful of people in Durham and ignored another that included over 250 [the annual Life Chain observance in Raleigh]. Why? Do your readers not deserve to know that 250 reasonable local citizens care enough about our local and national disregard for life to spend an afternoon standing peacefully beside a busy street trying to get our message out? Why didn't you report the event?
