Regarding your Nov. 30 article "Raleigh plan picks some areas to pack in high growth," I think all roads need to have sidewalks and a bike lane like other cities with this many people in them. Also, grid systems save on gas. I have to drive four miles out of my way every day to get to work just because of the cities' planning of streets. I would be able to bike to work, but that would give me even more miles to go, as there really aren't any safe bikes lanes to use.
Think green when planning, please.
