| Marvin Nicholson, center, of the U.S. Colored Light Artillery Civil War re-enactors, talks with state Rep. Mary McAllister, left, of Cumberland County. Two Civil War re-enactors visited the Legislative Building this week in uniforms from the period. They were lobbying for state money to buy a cannon of Civil War vintage to use in demonstrations.
