HILLSBOROUGH -- Geof Gledhill, Orange County government's attorney for more than 30 years, will retire in December, the county announced Monday.
"I can't imagine a more knowledgeable or dedicated county attorney than Geof Gledhill, nor anyone more interested in protecting the policy interests of the government he serves," commissioners Chairman Barry Jacobs said.
Gledhill, who lives in Cedar Grove, says he wants to spend more time with family and become a better farmer, raising cattle, goats and various crops.
