* NONPROFIT ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL LAW CHANGES: (House Bill 1230) Amends the law concerning the issuance of special one-time permits to nonprofit organizations. Introduced by Rep. Pryor Gibson, D-Anson. Adopted 104-7. Sent to the Senate.
