Not the prison's fault

Regarding your Nov. 29 story "No one kept eye on ex-convict/Police think a 17-month spree of armed robbery and killing started not long after Central Prison let Samuel Cooper Jr. go without supervision": You seem to suggest that it was the staff at Central Prison that is at fault for the lack of post-release supervision of Samuel Cooper. Shame on you!

How about reporting whether there was, in fact, any post-release supervision required, and, if there was, who was responsible for it?
