Learn all about spiders from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Cameron Village Library, 1930 Clark Ave., in Raleigh. "It's Spider-ific!" features stories, songs and crafts centered on insects and arachnids. For children ages 4 to 8. It's free and no registration is required.
Celebrate Latino culture with live performances, food, arts and crafts and other activities at Viva Raleigh Festival from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Moore Square in downtown Raleigh. The festival is free.
If you're in downtown Raleigh, stop by Marbles Kids Museum, which unveiled its new Olympics exhibit last weekend. Marbles sits next to Moore Square at 201 E. Hargett St., in downtown Raleigh. Admission is $5 per person. Marbles Olympics offers lots of sports-related activities and crafts. Go to

Watch "James and the Giant Peach," at Holly Springs Library, starting at 10:15 a.m. Saturday. The movie, which is rated PG, is part of the library's Saturday-morning movie series.
