The Wildacres Leadership Initiative has named the 2008-10 William C. Friday Fellowship for Human Relations class. The initiative cultivates a network of leaders who connect across differences in identity and ideas to develop new solutions to challenges facing North Carolina.

Nancy McLean of Greensboro; James Mills of Raleigh; Alba Onofrio of Durham; Erik Ortega of Charlotte; Shawn Overcash of Charlotte; Milan Pham of Durham; Alfred Ripley of Raleigh; Ricardo Romero of Biscoe; Douglas Singleton of Charlotte; Shelly Skinner of Dublin; Trip Stallings of Durham; Yona Wade of Cherokee; Louisa Warren of Raleigh.
