The speech written for Sarah Palin was filled with sarcastic zingers against views and individuals that are fairly mainstream here in the continental United States. She is good on stage, I will grant you that, but I dispute whether she is the kind of individual who merits a top -- almost the top -- position in the U.S. government.

All I know is that Jesus was a community organizer and Pontius Pilate was a governor.
