Kudos for the informative and easy-to-digest "Election 2008" spread on Oct. 6. It is apparent that you are listening to your readers, who crave more information like this that pits the views and claims of the candidates side by side in an easily digestible manner.Now, let's see a whole lot more of this. Here's a suggestion: when you present a viewpoint or claim of a candidate, with quotes where possible, also present the opponent's major rebuttal or attack right alongside it. This way, readers will not only have a better grasp of a candidate's views and claims, but will also be able to see what his or her opponent has said to rebut or invalidate them.The "Election 2008" spread is just the kind of thing voters need to put it all together before heading to the polls.Don RutledgeDurham
