We get it. Richard Moore and Beverly Perdue were cute kids (as are most kids), but do we have to be subjected to these ads until the November elections -- implying that they stand for bringing us back to a better, kinder, gentler, etc., time?
Most people are probably not real interested in what they did or looked like as children, but what they have and can do as adults and elected officials.
They need to grow up and give us a real sense of what their plans are for North Carolina, which is facing unchecked growth in some areas and job losses/poverty in so much of the state.
If they promise not to show baby pictures, maybe we can promise not to show our vacation pictures -- boring!
