Larceny, fraud suspect arrested

DURHAM - A Durham man wanted on larceny and fraud charges has been arrested by police.

Thomas Lester Burch, 27, of South Street was arrested Monday, Durham police said Wednesday. He is charged with stealing power tools from the Center for Employment Training at 807 E. Main St.

Burch is being held in the Durham County jail in lieu of $3,000 bail.
