WHAT SHE DOES: Helped create a Web site to assist victims of domestic violence. The site, www.ibiblio.org/empower, was created by Fox and three other students -- Meredith Rendall, Christie McDaniel and Janhavi Sheode. It took the students, who are pursuing master's degrees in library science at UNC-Chapel Hill, a year.
