The Los Angeles Clippers acquired center Marcus Camby from the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday for the option to exchange second-round picks with the Clippers in 2010.

Camby led the NBA in blocked shots with 3.61 per game last season, only the second player in league history to do so in three straight seasons.

He averaged 9.1 points and 13.1 rebounds playing a career-best 34.9 minutes per game for the Nuggets.

He played the past six seasons in Denver after four years with the New York Knicks.

PACERS SIGN ROOKIES: Brandon Rush and Roy Hibbert signed with Indiana on Tuesday. Based on the league's rookie scale, Rush will make about $1.5 million his first year as the No. 13 pick, and Hibbert will make about $1.2 million as the 17th selection.

Hibbert, a center from Georgetown, came in the trade that sent Jermaine O'Neal to Toronto. Rush, a guard from Kansas, came to the Pacers in a trade with Portland that became official last week.

The 7-foot-2, 278-pound Hibbert averaged 13.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.2 blocks as a senior.

Rush, a 6-7 wing player, averaged 13.3 points last season to help Kansas win a national championship.

WALTON SCHEDULED FOR SURGERY: Los Angeles Lakers forward Luke Walton will undergo surgery to remove bone spurs from his right ankle on Friday.

The surgery will be done in Los Angeles and a timetable for his recovery will be provided afterward, the team said Tuesday.

MAGIC ADDS POINT GUARD: Orlando signed veteran free-agent point guard Anthony Johnson on Tuesday.

Johnson will back up starter Jameer Nelson as he enters his 12th NBA season.
