Del Mar, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Game On Dude put in a workout Saturday morning at Del Mar in preparation for his defense of the Pacific Classic in August.

Game On Dude, partly owned by Joe Torre and trained by Bob Baffert, worked four furlongs in 47 3/5 seconds with jockey Martin Garcia riding.

"He looked good," Baffert said.

Game On Dude was fourth to Majestic Harbor in the Gold Cup at Santa Anita three weeks ago. He finished second to Imperative on April 19 in the Charles Town Classic. The gelding won his second consecutive and third overall Santa Anita Handicap on March 8.

The 7-year-old gelding began 2014 with a fifth-place finish in the San Antonio Stakes at Santa Anita on Feb. 8. The San Antonio was his first race of the year following consecutive defeats in the 2013 Breeders' Cup Classic and Clark Handicap.

The gelding has earned $6,438,893 with 16 wins in 33 starts.
