Recap: New York vs. Boston

Nate Robinson poured in a game-high 21 points to pace the New York Knicks past the Boston Celtics, 108-103, in preseason action at Madison Square Garden.

Al Harrington added 20 points and eight rebounds for the Knicks, who finish their preseason schedule with a trip to New Jersey on Wednesday. David Lee had 19 points and 16 rebounds. Danilo Gallinari ended with 18 points, while Jared Jeffries chipped in with 13 points.

Rajon Rondo finished with 20 points and seven assists for the Celtics, who finish the preseason with a trip to Cleveland on Wednesday. Marquis Daniels tallied 17 points, while Paul Pierce added 14 points. Kevin Garnett had 11 points and seven rebounds.

Recap: Sacramento vs. Golden State

Kevin Martin totaled a game-best 32 points to lead the Sacramento Kings past the Golden State Warriors, 101-94, in preseason action at ARCO Arena.

Jason Thompson racked up 20 points to match his 20 rebounds for the Kings, who won their first preseason game. Tyreke Evans added 16 points and Spencer Hawes 11 in the triumph.

Corey Maggette ended with 28 points for the Warriors, who have split their six preseason games so far. Stephen Jackson donated 22 points, seven boards and four assists, while Anthony Randolph gave 12 points.

Recap: LA Lakers vs. Golden State

Monta Ellis poured in a game-best 24 points and doled out eight assists to lead the Warriors past the Lakers, 110-91, in preseason action.

Kelenna Azubuike and Anthony Randolph finished with 18 points each for Golden State, which also got 13 points from Acie Law.

The game was played at The Forum, the site where the Lakers played their home games from 1967-99. The Lakers won six championships during that stretch, but now play their home games at the Staples Center.

Kobe Bryant netted 21 points and Andrew Bynum tallied 20 as the Los Angeles Lakers beat Golden State, 113-107, in preseason play.

Lamar Odom chipped in 16 points and Josh Powell scored 10 for the Lakers, who played without forward Pau Gasol (strained right hamstring).

Anthony Morrow tallied 24 points to lead the Warriors, who played just nine men due to various injuries. Stephen Jackson ended with 15 points and 10 assists and Monta Ellis also scored 15. Ronny Turiaf finished with 12 points and 12 boards. CJ Watson had 14 points.

Warriors sign Tolliver, release Claxton

The Golden State Warriors signed forward Anthony Tolliver for the remainder of the season on Saturday and waived guard Speedy Claxton.

Tolliver, who was signed to a 10-day contract on January 17 and a second 10- day contract on January 27, has averaged 7.8 points and 5.3 rebounds over 10 games with the Warriors.

Claxton, a 10-year veteran, played a few preseason games with Golden State, but did not appear in a regular game this season.
