UNC signs 2015 recruits Anthony Ratliff and Carl Tucker to scholarship agreements

AnthonyRatliff and Carl Tucker, two members of North Carolina's 2015 football recruiting class, have signed scholarship agreements and are planning to enroll at UNC in January 2015, pending their successful matriculation through high school.
Ratliff is a 6-1, 195-pound quarterback from Matthews ,where he attends Butler High. He is a three-star prospect, according to Rivals.com, which ranks Ratliff the 13th-best dual threat quarterback in his class, and the 11th-best prospect in the state in the class of 2015.
Tucker is a 6-2, 220-pound tight end from Cornelius, where he attends Hough High. He is a three-star prospect, according to Rivals, and ESPN.com ranks Tucker the No. 4 tight end prospect in the country, and the No. 9 prospect in the state in his class.
UNC's 2015 class is ranked No. 17 nationally by Rivals. The Tar Heels have the fourth-best class in the ACC, according to Rivals – behind Clemson, Florida State and Miami – and are just ahead of Duke (18th) in the class rankings.
