North Carolina will not hold a spring football game at Kenan Stadium because the field is being renovated during the offseason.
UNC is likely to finish spring practice with a scrimmage in Charlotte. Details are still being finalized and are expected to be released in the coming days.
• Keith Gilmore, who has been the defensive line coach at UNC since 2013, is resigning, team spokesman Kevin Best said. Gilmore reportedly is in line to become defensive line coach at Notre Dame.
UNC: Jimmy Bitter and Syracuse’s Dylan Donahue are the ACC Men’s Co-Players of the Week.
Bitter had a five-point game to lead the No. 4 Tar Heels to a 13-11 victory over No. 9 Johns Hopkins on Saturday.
Mount Olive: The team is ranked No. 9 for the second straight week in the Nike/Lacrosse Magazine Top 15 and debuting at No. 11 in the U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Top 15.
Duke: Sophomore Bailey Clark is ACC Pitcher of the Week after guiding the Blue Devils to a 1-0 victory over Iona.

Sports Club: Former UCLA coach Jim Harrick is guest speaker Wednesday at the Raleigh Sports Club. The group will recognize Middle Creek lacrosse player Holly Hite (committed to Meredith) as Student Athlete of the Week.
