The Campbell University defensive tackle went undrafted but signed a free agent contract with the New York Giants shortly after the draft concluded. He is the first player from the Camel's eight-year-old program to sign with an NFL team. He had 49 tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss and five sacks this past season, earning all-Pioneer Football League honors.
