Boston College running back Montel Harris was chosen Atlantic Coast Conference offensive back of the week Monday after rushing for 264 yards and five touchdowns in a 52-20 victory over N.C. State.
Georgia Tech center Sean Bedford (offensive lineman), Virginia defensive end Nate Collins (defensive lineman), Clemson safety DeAndre Michael (defensive back), Miami kicker/punter Matt Bosher (specialist) and Virginia Tech running back Ryan Williams (rookie) were also honored.

Lewis honored: Senior quarterback Thaddeus Lewis has been chosen one of 10 finalists for the 2009 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, which is presented annually to the nation's top senior college quarterback.
ECU's Harris honored: Junior wide receiver and return specialist Dwayne Harris, who brought back a kickoff 92 yards for a touchdown during the Pirates' win over Rice, was voted Conference USA's special teams player of the week.
CIAA honors: St. Augustine's senior defensive end Marcus Crump and senior linebacker Mark Hall were chosen defensive lineman of the week and linebacker of the week by the CIAA.
Shaw also had two players honored. Senior cornerback Quintez Smith was the defensive back of the week, and sophomore tight end Tyrone Bolden was the specialty player of the week.
Men's tennis
UNC, Duke win: North Carolina's Clay Donato defeated South Carolina's Diego Cubas 6-4, 6-7 (6), 6-4 to take the Wilson/ITA Carolinas Regional singles championship Monday at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center in Chapel Hill.
Reid Carleton and Henrique Cunha of Duke won the doubles championship, 8-4 over Iain Atkinson and Steve Forman of Wake Forest.
The winners advance to the ITA National Indoor Championships on Nov. 5-8 at Yale in New Haven, Conn.
Volleyball
Raleigh players honored: Cardinal Gibbons graduate Ginny Phillips, a junior right side hitter at College of Charleston, has been selected the Southern Conference player of the week, and Enloe graduate Liz Willis, a sophomore setter at Wingate, is the South Atlantic Conference specialist of the week.
