Reserve linebacker Wesley Flagg has been dismissed from North Carolina's football team.The school issued a statement Friday saying Flagg was penalized for violating team policies.No other details were provided.A 6-foot, 240-pound junior who starred at Jack Britt High School in Fayetteville, Flagg started three games at middle linebacker last year.
