SAN ANTONIO - Terrelle Pryor has been billed as the next Vince Young. He certainly looked the part Saturday at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl high school all-star game.

Pryor, from Jeannette High School in Pennsylvania, scored on a 6-yard touchdown run and also threw a 25-yarder to John Goodman in leading the East squad to a 33-23 victory over the West.

He split playing time with two other quarterbacks but ended with 155 all-purpose yards: 79 rushing and 76 passing. Pryor could have gained more yardage but was taken out of the game so he could be announced as the Most Valuable Player to a national television audience.

"It was a team game, a team event, and I just happened to have the most yards," Pryor said.

Pryor, who is 6-foot-6 and 235 pounds, still has not announced a college choice for next season. He said he is considering Florida, Michigan, Penn State, Ohio State, Duke and Oregon. The national signing day is Feb. 6.

"I have more thinking to do," Pryor said. "I'm looking for a spread offense, and I don't know who's telling the truth or not. It'll be a tough decision."

Pryor's 6-yard scoring run came one play after he lofted a screen pass to Ryan Williams of Manassas, Va., for a 46-yard gain. Pryor opened the seven-play drive with a 22-yard run.

His most impressive play of the game came when he put the East ahead 26-17 late in the third quarter.

Rolling right, Pryor stopped behind the line, looked across the field and fired a pass diagonally across the field and hit Goodman for a 25-yard touchdown.

Michael Floyd, a standout from St. Paul, Minn., who has committed to play at Notre Dame, caught touchdown passes of 56 yards and 38 yards in the second half. He ended with four catches and 118 yards.
