3 Stars-- ZACH ALLEN -OG -6-3 -300 Earned first-team all-state honors in junior and senior seasons at Tifton (Ga.) High.

4 Stars-- BRANDON BARNES -RB -6-0 -180 Starred at running back and defensive back at Bunn. Rated nation's No. 8 "athlete" by ESPN.

3 Stars--WILLIAM BEASLEY -LB -6-2 -225 Had 135 tackles and three sacks as a senior at Milton (Fla.) High and was named to 4A all-state team.

3 Stars-- LEROY BURGESS -DT -6-1 -300 Comes from Milledgeville (Ga.) Georgia Military JC, where he had 11.5 sacks in two years.

3 Stars-- MARIO CARTER -TE -6-4 -230 Did not play senior season at Charlotte Independence after suffering preseason knee injury.

3 Stars-- DOMINIQUE ELLIS--DB -5-11 -190 East Wake star named defensive MVP for N.C. team in the 2006 Shrine Bowl.

3 Stars-- MARTY EVERETT -DT -6-4 -300 Bushnell (Fla.) South Sumter product is rated No. 25 nationally by ESPN, No. 28 by scout.com.

4 Stars-- MIKE GLENNON -QB -6-6 -195 Led Chantilly (Va.) Westfield to 15-0 record and state title. Rated No. 3 nationally by ESPN and scout.com.

3 Stars-- T.J. GRAHAM -WR -6-0 -180 Caught just seven passes for 100 yards at Wakefield as a senior but is a nationally ranked sprinter.

2 Stars-- GARY GRANT -CB -6-0 -190 Had 43 tackles and four interceptions at Miami Krop, where State basketball guard Javi Gonzalez played.

2 Stars-- COLBY JACKSON -FB -6-2 -225 Standout at fullback and linebacker at Dublin (Ga.) Trinity. Also is two-time state wrestling champion.

1 Stars-- AHMAD JARADAT--OG -6-4 -290 Played left tackle and tight end at London (Ont.) Catholic. Rated No. 1 prospect in Ontario.

3 Stars-- CLEM JOHNSON -DB -6-0 -190 Wayen (Pa.) Valley Forge Military quarterback is expected to get shot at safety.

4 Stars-- SAM JONES -OT -6-5 -300 Projects as a tackle after playing left guard at Chatham (Va.) Hargrave last season.

3 Stars-- KYLE LINNEY--DT -6-3 -300 Former Alexander Central star and and Shrine Bowler spent last year at Chatham (Va.) Hargrave.

2 Stars-- THOMAS LOCUST -DL -6-3 -325 Former all-state selection in Florida played at Norwalk (Conn.) Cerritos CC last season.

3 Stars-- STERLING LUCAS -LB -6-2 -220 Was team MVP at Orangeburg (S.C.) Orangeburg-Wilkinson after notching 161 tackles as a senior.

3 Stars-- DWAYNE MADDOX--LB -6-2 -220 Big season at Shelby Crest had him rated No. 17 middle linebacker nationally by scout.com.

3 Stars-- ROY MANGRAM -S -6-1 -200 Had 51 tackles and also notched 12 sacks as senior at Brunswick (Ga.) Glynn.

4 Stars-- TERRELL MANNING -LB -6-3 -220 Recorded 219 tackles last year at Laurinburg Scotland but is recovering from major knee injury.

4 Stars-- R.J. MATTES -OT -6-6 -270 Concord Robinson standout is rated No. 11 offensive tackle by scout.com. Father played in NFL.

1 Stars-- SHEA MCKEEN -DE -6-5 -250 Was at South Carolina for a year, playing two games, then transferred to Garden City (N.J.) Nassau CC.

3 Stars-- TOBAIS PALMER -RB -5-10 -165 Starred at running back and cornerback at Pittsboro Northwood. Rushed for 4,700 yards in 3 seasons.

3 Stars-- ANDREW WALLACE -OT -6-5 -280 Team captain last season at Charlotte Olympic, where he played right guard.

2 Stars-- C.J. WILSON -DB -5-11 -171 Was the NCHSAA 2-A MVP after leading Lincolnton to state title; played wide receiver in Shrine Bowl

3 Stars-- EARL WOLFF -S -6-0 -190 Had 85 tackles, five interceptions and forced seven fumbles as senior at Hoke County.
