Cape Lookout/Bogue Inlet
Because of the nice weather recently, fishing has picked up and continued to be great. Speckled trout and black drum are being caught in the creeks on the Intracoastal Waterway. Redfish are found in oyster bars and steep banks in the White Oak and New rivers. Sea mullets and blowfish are a potential catch in the surf zone.
