RALEIGH - While this is the MEAC Tournament and the CIAA's event was two weeks ago, apparently the latter league's mascot just can't stop himself.

The CIAA's crowd favorite Mr. CIAA — who walks around with flashy outfits and a cane - showed up at RBC Center and did his act.

Mr. CIAA actually drew more attention than Mr. MEAC — a new invention since the tournament came to Raleigh who likes to walk around and dance.

Saturday, the two actually spoke during the MEAC Championship game.
