64 teams start today and Friday with dreams of winning the NCAA TOURNAMENT in San Antonio. Duke opens today in Washington at 7:10 p.m. against Belmont. North Carolina tips off Friday against Mount St. Mary's, also at 7:10 p.m. The frenzy includes 63 games in the next 19 days, played from coast to coast, including Raleigh. Only one team will emerge as champion.
