The Raleigh Rockets, a visually impaired softball (beep baseball) team, will host a doubleheader against High Point on Saturday from 10 a.m. until about 2 p.m. at Sanderford Road Park, 2623 Sanderford Road in Raleigh.

The Rockets, a nonprofit organization run by the Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department, compete against four other teams in the Carolinas, Rockets representative Bill Rose said.

Raleigh, which has had a beepball team for more than 20 years, also will be among the teams in the N.C.-S.C. Beepball Championship on July 25-26 in Durham.
