TALBOT GETS MILESTONE: Mitch Talbot became the second-winningest pitcher in Bulls Triple-A history as Durham shut out the Norfolk Tides on Thursday at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. With the win, Durham's magic number to clinch the South Division title fell to 10.

Talbot (13-7) recorded his 26th victory in a Bulls uniform with seven innings of work, allowing six hits and a walk with five strikeouts. Mike DiFelice drove in three of the Bulls' four runs with a sacrifice fly in the second inning and a two-run homer in the fourth.

Talbot trails only Mickey Callaway, who accumulated 34 wins with the Bulls from 1998-2001.
