closeSCORE TIED: Tuesday night's game between the Carolina Mudcats and Tennessee Smokies was suspended by rain in the middle of the third inning tied 1-1 at Smokies Park.
Jai Miller hit his ninth home run in the second inning to give Carolina's Jesus Delgado a 1-0 lead, but the Smokies tied it on Alan Rick's first Double-A hit.
The game will be completed tonight at 5:15, lasting the full nine innings. A seven-inning contest will follow.
