Burlington Williams' Tony Foster commits to Duke

Duke, which received a commitment from one of the top quarterbacks in the country this week, added a fast wide receiver today.

Burlington Williams' Tony Foster, who runs 40 yards in 4.42 seconds, committed to the Blue Devils. The 6-foot-2, 175-pound senior caught 68 passes for 1,091 yards and 10 touchdowns at Williams last season. He played in the Shrine Bowl Game of the Carolinas all-star game.

Duke received a commitment from quarterback Sean Renfree of Scottsdale, Ariz., earlier in the week.
