Drought is officially over, but what have we learned?

closeThe drought's gone, at least for now, and spring finds the Triangle in just "abnormally dry" conditions.
The new status, which we achieved last week, ended a drought that started just after Memorial Day last year. It was the driest time on record.
Now, a year later, we'd like your help for our next citizenQ section in exploring what lessons we have learned over the past year from the drought and the water restrictions we faced because of it.
