The pricing and rating for this category of business is tied to dollar volume commitment levels that reflect a minimum investment required with The News & Observer Publishing Company for a set term. Money spent on ads in the full run of the newspaper, zoned newspaper products, community newspapers, interactive and direct mail (except postage) count toward the required volume.
