Claudia Elizabeth Stacks and Stephen Michael Twilley were united in marriage on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at six o’ clock at Edenton Street United Methodist Church in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Reverend Edward F. “Ned” Hill, II officiated. Following the ceremony, the mother of the bride hosted a reception at North Ridge Country Club. On Friday evening, the parents of the groom hosted a rehearsal dinner at The Pavilion at the Angus Barn. The bride is the daughter of the late Mr. Jessie Lester “JL” Stacks and Mrs. Jean Lancaster Stacks of Raleigh. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Claude Dillard Lancaster, junior of New Bern, North Carolina, and of the late Mr. Clyde Wilson Stacks and the late Mrs. Gertrude Autry Stacks Curtis of Davidson, North Carolina. She is a graduate of Millbrook High School in Raleigh and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority. She is an Analyst at BB&T Capital Markets in Winston-Salem. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Edgar Twilley of Greensboro. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Dorsey Twilley of Timonium, Maryland and the late Mr. and Mrs. Karl Neimann Hill, junior of Greensboro. He is a graduate of Page High School in Greensboro and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a member of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity. He is an Investment Analyst at Hawthorne Residential Partners in Greensboro. The bride was attended by Katherine Sanders McNamara of Brooklyn, New York as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Tracey Elizabeth Bailey of Atlanta, Miranda Sloan Cheatham of Durham, Abigail Clare Costello of New York, Bryn Marie Gallagher of Denver, Hillary Lynn Margolis of Seattle, Jodi Layne McNeill of Savannah, and Shannon Rebecca Twilley of Wilmington.
