Believer (8 p.m., HBO) — This Don Argott-directed documentary follows Imagine Dragons frontman and Mormon Dan Reynolds on his quest for LGBTQ acceptance in the Mormon community.

The Bachelorette (8 p.m., ABC) — Nine bachelors visit singer Wayne Newton and his wife at their lavish estate in Las Vegas, while Colton and Becca explore the desert.

Salvation (9 p.m., CBS) — After a nuclear incident, the secret of the asteroid becomes public in the Season 2 premiere, and the world is set ondangerous course.

Singing with Angry Bird (10 p.m., PBS / UNC-TV) — In this POV documentary, Jae-Chang Kim, a Korean opera singer who runs a children’s choir in India, trains parents and their children for a joint concert.
