Christopher Durang’s 2013 Tony-winning hit, “Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike,” starts off PlayMakers Repertory Company’s new season this weekend. The comedy borrows elements from the works of Anton Chekhov and puts them in a contemporary setting. Two middle-age sisters’ lives are disrupted when the third sister comes to visit with a much younger man.
