Duke University’s Department of Theater Studies is staging “The Perfect Detonator,” by department chair Jody McAuliffe, who adapted the play from Joseph Conrad’s “The Secret Agent.” The action centers on “Unabomber” Ted Kaczynski, who reads the Conrad novel as he plans his bombing targets.
