Big emotions around Simone Manuel's historic night

On Thursday night Olympic history was made again as Stanford swimmer Simone Biles became the first African-American woman to take home an individual gold medal.

Former Team USA swimmer and Stanford alum Summer Sanders got choked up as she recapped the event saying, “ How special that must be for her, her family and so many young kids that think this sport isn’t for them and it absolutely is.”
