The 21-date tour will be the first since 2013 for the singer (full name Kesha Rose Sebert), who had seven top-10 singles from 2009 to 2012. But recent years have found Kesha embroiled in messy legal difficulties with Dr. Luke (Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald), her former producer, whom she has accused of sexual abuse.
Lawsuits, legalities and accusations are continuing, including last week’s subpoena for a deposition from pop star Lady Gaga. In the meantime, Kesha has her first album since 2012 coming out on Aug. 11, titled “Rainbow.”
