What to Watch on Sunday: ‘Comeback’ finale on HBO, ‘Call the Midwife’ on UNC-TV

The Comeback (10 p.m., HBO) – It’s the weekend of the Emmy’s in the second-season finale, and Valerie is in great spirits due to her success in “Seeing Red” – she even gets noticed by a former “Room and Bored” costar at Juna’s big party, but she’s still not sure if her husband will be by her side for the awards show.

Call the Midwife Holiday Episode (7:30 p.m., UNC-TV) – An older Jenny reflects on how she missed the Nonnatus community during the first Christmas she left. In 1959, Cynthia is invited to join the order as a postulant and Chummy is offered the position of matron.

The Librarians (8 p.m., TNT) – Sleeping dragons threaten to awaken and cause global destruction, triggering Flynn’s return in a bid to find their hidden treasure.

Nanny Cam (9 p.m., Lifetime) – A Lifetime movie in which a working mother learns via a nanny cam that her new teen baby-sitter is seducing her family and trying to destroy their lives.

The Mentalist (9:30 p.m., CBS) – Jane crosses paths with a powerful military colonel and gets inspired to reopen a closed case involving the murder of the colonel’s wife.
