Cold Justice (8 p.m., TNT) – If you watch this show regularly, you remember last week’s episode was pretty brutal. We need a home run tonight when Kelly and Yolanda investigate the murder of a young mother who placed a mysterious call to the phone operator and shortly after was found by her teenaged daughter – stabbed to death. The case is out of St. Johns County, Fla.

Grimm (9 p.m., NBC) – A series of murders lead Nick and Hank to a mysterious bounty hunter and the wesen council.

Blue Bloods (10 p.m., CBS) – A resident of a low-income section of a luxury apartment building is murdered and Frank is upset with a detective who takes advantage of legal loopholes.
