Mondays at Racine / Redemption / Open Heart (9pm, HBO) - Three Oscar-nominated short documentaries air back-to-back tonight on HBO, starting with "Mondays at Racine," which is about two sisters who set aside one Monday every month at their Long Island salon to give free beauty treatments to women who have been diagnosed with cancer. "Redemption" (9:30) profiles men and women in New York City who struggle to eek out a living by collecting bottles and cans to redeem at recycling centers for five cents apiece. "Open Heart" (10) looks at Rwandan children with rheumatic heart disease who travel to a hospital in Sudan for surgery.

Sleepy Hollow (9pm, Fox) - An unidentified boy is found in Sleepy Hollow, and Ichabod and Abbie are called to the case to speak with him, but must hurry to find out who he is and where he's from when they realize something sinister is about to happen.
Blacklist (10pm, NBC) - Liz testifies against a drug lord. Danger lurks when a witness in the case is abducted at the hands of possibly "the Stewmaker," a man responsible for hundreds of missing people. Meanwhile, Red and Ressler join forces for the first time.
