Happiness is a Warm TV

What to Watch on Saturday: Choose from three new Christmas movies

In “Santa Switch,” an unemployed dad on the verge of divorce gets a second chance to make things right with his family when a visit from the real Saint Nick magically transforms him from mall Santa to the real thing, putting the fate of Christmas in his hands. Santa Switch (8pm, Hallmark) - A man who's down on his luck meets a mysterious individual who allows him to be Santa, a role that comes with magical powers. The man then uses these new powers to try to win back his family. It stars Rudy – I mean, Sean Astin – and Ethan Erickson.

ACC Football Championship: Duke vs. Florida State (8pm, ABC) - We purposely shy away from a lot of sports posts here, so it takes something rare and special to make the cut: like Duke playing for the ACC football championship. Go Devils.

A Christmas Blessing (8pm, TV One) - A recently widowed mother and a divorce unexpectedly cross paths and rediscover the importance of family.

Christmas in the City (8pm, Lifetime) - A woman tries to bring true Christmas spirit back to a big city department store where a new consultant replaces Santa with a hunky male underwear model.

Pitbulls and Paroles (10pm, Animal Planet) - A puppy is stuck in a pipe near a river and needs to be rescued. Also, Tania and Perry try to boost a shy puppy's confidence when someone may be interested in adopting it.

Saturday Night Live (11:29pm, NBC) - Paul Rudd is the host, with One Direction as musical guest.
